Review by Betsy Phillips

This is the first manga I've ever read. Honestly, I don't know what the heck this is about. There are some preternaturally mature, overburdened junior high kids, one of whom fights people who fight monsters. There's a lot of moping. There's a bitter black rabbit type thing. The hero is in love with the back of some chick's neck.

And the climax of the book is an intense game of "rock, paper, scissors."

So, I can't say that I exactly liked it, and I have no idea if anyone else will like it, but there's something cool about a plot that hinges on "rock, paper, scissors." So, for that reason, I'd recommend it.
