Love this Luanne 4 Drawer Chest! Perfect color and holds a lot of books. Exceeds my expectations.

This product arrived on time but the screws were so poorly made that one of the screws wouldn’t screw into the other (on the leg joint) which basically means we can’t put this piece together without using some sort of glue- the screws are stuck in a position so they can’t be removed. This is not user error, there was some sort of burr in the outer screw which prevented the other from threading into it. They provide you only with the perfect amount of screws to put the piece together so if you receive a faulty piece, you’re basically SOL. Also, one of the hex keys provided did not fit into the screw base because it was slightly deformed on the end. Extremely disappointed The replacement process is remarkably easy so I’ll keep it at 3 stars for that- product looks good once it is put together and feels stable.

This is a lovely corner of the room Luanne 4 Drawer Chest. Comfortable seating. Pros: Easy to assemble, nice looking too. Cons: A hand control is needed.
